Bondarenko M. Interaction of social and political movements with the public authorities as factor of development the public administration in modern Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to scientific and theoretical grounds of the concept social and political movements. The author suggests her own understanding of the essence of the social and political movements and explains the expediency of using this category. The approach of understanding of the place and the role of the social and political movements in the transitional society was developed. The institutional role of the social and political movements was concretized in the process of integration them to the direction of the making and implementation of the public policy according to the interests of the public. The optimization cooperation of the non-governmental and political movements with the public authorities in Ukraine as the means of the development the public administration and forming of civil society was investigated. The recommendations were prepared.
