Object of research - the processes and cavitation electrocoagulation treatment of wastewater containing hydrocarbons (HCW). Subject of investigation - of the influence of process parameters on the cavitation and electrocoagulation quality hydrocarbon processing wastewater. The purpose and objectives of the research: the creation of hydrocarbon processing wastewater, particularly petroleum, science-based hardware and technology solutions that reduce their content to environmentally safe levels. Methods of research based on systematic analysis of technologies, processes, and hardware wastewater treatment: electrochemical and cavitation, the full factorial design, mathematical modeling, mathematical statistics. Theoretical and practical results for the chemical and petrochemical industries and transport companies are to develop a set of evidence-based recommendations for the modernization of existing and development of advanced technologies for processing hydrocarbon effluent to ensure the selection of impurities and produce water with a residual hydrocarbons acceptable for discharge to water bodies. Scientific innovation - developed science-based hardware and technological scheme of HCW processes using electrocautery and cavitation, providing environmentally safe levels of residual hydrocarbons established and scientifically justified dependency structure elektrogenerirovannogo coagulant electrokinetic potential of its particles on the residence time of the electrolyte in the electrode chamber apparatus and defined patterns of changes in the activity of coagulant to interact with emulsified components of HCW, the regularities of the process of processing of HCW with the composition and dosage of coagulant, the hydrocarbon concentration and pH of the effluent, the dynamics of the liquid phase in the column electrocautery, proved the feasibility of the process wastewater treatment coagulant formed within 10 seconds, determined the structure of flows in the reaction, coagulation, settling chambers of the apparatus and the mathematical model of the recycling process of HCW in the column electrocautery, developed a model of the process of thermal oxidation of hydrocarbons emulsified particles, the regularity of the process of destruction of particles cavitation justified by the basic laws of influence on the degree and quality of treatment of HCW particle size emulsion initial hydrocarbon concentration in the wastewater, aeration HCW. The degree of implementation: the draft HCW cleaning plant PE "Connect International-Kharkov" (Kharkov), PC "Electrochemical Technologies" (Kharkov) in the learning process of NTU "KhPI".
