Odovichena Y. Labour contract novation conditions.

The research focuses on the integral analysis of labour contract legal regulation of innovation conditions under the law of Ukraine. The dissertation investigates the domestic labor laws, FSU countries legislation and the European Union procedures and innovation conditions methods of labour contract. The author gives the concepts definition of "innovation" labour contract conditions, "transfer", "labor function", the research suggests the innovation division into types using different criteria. The special attention is paid to the characteristics of labour operative part transferring and changing as a way of labour contract novation. The necessity of the exclusion the notion "moving" from the labour contract novation methods was studied. The thesis important aspect is the proceedings matter of all types labour contract novation.
