Denysjuk O. Forming of Enterprise Managerial Competencies

The object of research is process of enterprise managerial competencies forming. The purpose of research is development of theoretical principles, methodological and practical recommendations for the creation of enterprise managerial competencies. The methods of research are historical and logical methods, analysis and synthesis, theoretical generalization, economic analysis, canonical analysis, the method of expert assessments index method. Methodological support for the formating of enterprise managerial competences which is based on the selected strategies to build skills and competences of the enterprise management profiles for each strategic direction; methodical approach to evaluating enterprise management knowledge which provides allocation of staff knowledge of business management and assessment for species such as declarative and procedural knowledge of the causal; methodical approach to assessment of managerial competence enterprise that combines the techniques of management competency assessment on the strategic direction of the formation and types of knowledge management staff are improved. Classification of knowledge as a key source for the formation and development of managerial competencies of the enterprise; concept of the balance of competences which are complemented by the definition of managerial competence which is reflected in the results of operations and provides a balance as agreed between the spheres of application and build skills. Research results are used by the industrial enterprises of Kharkiv "U.P.E.K" (certificate № 242-1/1-03 from 25.06.2012) and "Turboatom" (certificate № 1-40/22-118 from 08.06. 2012).
