Zadykhaylo D. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as the subject of the economic system: the constitutional framework.

Thesis is devoted to complex constitutional analysis of the functions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as an economic system. The content of the constitutional consolidation of the foundations of the economic system, defined by a list of the economic functions of the state and in particular the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, which provide his current role in the functioning of the national economy. Defective in constitutional support of the Government of Ukraine in the sphere of economic and formed suggested remedies. The theoretical basis of the constitutional rulemaking the purview of the supreme bodies of state power and based on them - the system of constitutional responsibilities of the Government of Ukraine in the economic sphere. Separately, the constitutional competence of the Government of Ukraine proposed to complement the functions of anti-crisis economic stabilization system, providing the innovative nature of economic development, regional policy, which is closely linked to the state of economic development of the regions.
