The thesis is dedicated to the investigation of the problem of minors' rights to legal defense in Civil Trial. It promotes effective defense of minors' interests in disputes arisen from family legal relationship. The definition of the category of the persons comprehended as "juvenile" and containing the notion of "juvenile's rights to legal defense in Civil Trial of Ukraine" is given on the basis of the analysis of theoretical investigations, Legislation of Ukraine, the standards of international documents and also the materials of judicial practice.
