Tomoruh O. Transformational aura of evangelical motives in a literary context (genetical and contact approach).

Object - a group of works of fiction of XX-XXI centuries with the traditional plot-imagery evangelical elements embodied. Target - investigate the specificity of the functioning of the evangelical plot-imagery elements in the systematic investigation of the axiological transformation of the image of Maria Magdalena in the literary discourse of XX - beginning of XXI centuries. Methods - historical, comparative, typological, descriptive, systematic, synchronic and diachronic. The dissertation is devoted to a conceptually holistic analysis of interpretative polyphony of the evangelical material, consideration of the evolution of New Testament images reception and revelation of cultural and historical interpretative controversy polemics of Mary Magdalene's image representation in the literary and artistic context of the 20th-21st centuries. The basic model of New Testament material artistic transformation, including ontological, behavioral and axiological features has been investigated. The analysis of the forms and methods of entering the New Testament material in contemporary literary context (literary devices prolongation, processing, translation, adding, formal meaningful modernization, creating imaginary manuscripts, development of complex event-plans, literary apocryphisation etc.) has been made. The processes of desecration, axiological reaccentualisation, Mary Magdalene's image humanization in the context of cultural and historical era have been investigated. Application- academic field.
