Gusev V. Early diagnostics and prevention of dysfunction of system mother - placenta - fetus at pregnant women with a syphilis in the anamnesis

Dissertational work is devoted to the decision to decrease in frequency of obstetrical and perinatal complications of pregnant women, who had transferred syphilis in the anamnesis by development and provide in practice of obstetrical institutes a complex of the diagnostic, treatment-and-prophylactic actions directed to improvement of function of system mother-placenta-fetus. On the basis of the received results leaders gestational and perinatal complications of women with the transferred syphilis in the anamnesis are specified. The most informative parameters of humoral protection of organism of pregnant women with this pathology are specified and added. For the first time proved, that the degree of damages of a placenta depends on the form of transferred syphilis. It is objectively proved, that the developed, scientifically proved complex medical preventive actions allows to seize a condition of immune system of pregnant women, to reduce quantity circulated immune complexes by elimination of them, that promotes decrease in frequency of obstetrical and perinatal complications, to increase of adaptable opportunities of a fetus.
