Dissertation is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of Stable Angina (SA) Functional Class (FC) III with Arterial Hypertension (AH) and searching for the effective ways of the antianginal and antihypertensive therapy potentiating. The study involved 125 patients with SA III FC with AH and 20 healthy individuals. Predictors of Nitratoresistance are an anamnesis, clinical data, hemodynamic and biochemical parameters. Antianginal efficacy of nitrates is potentiated by Mexicor and L-arginine and the chance of Nitratoresistance developing in patients with SA FC III with AH is significantly reducing.
