The dissertation with is dedicated to the reseach of the development of heart failure in hypertensive patients with symptoms of metabolic syndrome (MS). It has been found that in patients with heart failure that occurred on the basis of hypertension and metabolic syndrome, there is a deterioration in clinical status, decrease of physical activity, quality of life, increase of heart dimensions, increase of left ventricular mass compared with those without MS.The use of Glutargin and Thiotriazolin in the complex treatment of heart failure, which occurred on the basis of MS, positive effect on increasing of physical activity of patients, endothelial dysfunction and improves the metabolisms of nitric oxide and lipid.
