Essay

The Thesis covers a complex of theoretical and practical issues related to analysis of fraud as a separate institute criminal law. In this Thesis reviews the concept of a criminal fraud and the history of the establishment of responsibility for fraud, legal grounds for prohibition of fraud, a comparison with other state laws, analyzed the signs of fraud and aggravating circumstances, found some inconsistencies and contradictions in the formulation of the articles of the law. The Thesis has a number of proposals concerning improvement of the criminal laws in force.
