The object of study - global navigation satellite positioning system. Novelty - the technique of pre-calculation precision geodetic framework means GNSS-technologies developed a method of pre-calculation fidelity coordinate installation horizons means GNSS-technology, developed a mathematical model of co-directional data GNSS-observations and measurements, proposed a new method of providing surveying the construction of high-rise structures on the stage of the zero cycle, developed a method of providing surveying the construction of above-ground parts of GNSS-tech means. Results - include surveillance technology GNSS-receivers in urban areas and algorithms for processing the results. The developed technology allows work to ensure the geodesic construction high-rise structures with the use of GNSS-technology, developed an algorithm for determining the slope of structures allows to consider bending facilities in consequence the effect of solar radiation and wind loads on the building, offer practical recommendations on how to improve the regulatory framework of geodetic support construction of high-rise buildings , regarding the use of GNSS-technology.
