The research has promoted the creation of the integrated mathematical modeling system to determine the time delay of voice interaction in the controller-pilot polylingual verbal and acoustic communication and move from the "more-less" or "faster-slower" assessment to mathematical evaluation of polylingual value to the air traffic control verbal-acoustic communication. The research theses have been applied in the computerized system to study functional mobility of nervous processes in humans responded to various stimuli (graphical objects in a complex with a polylingual verbal information loop) to test controller aptitude for polylingual communication in air traffic control under psycho-emotional stress.
