Object - cold forming processes of sheet material parts bending; purpose - improving the efficiency of large thin-walled parts and variable curvature radius parts bending processes due to the basis of theory and local deformation simulation development, the development of new processes and improvement of existing processes, new tools, accessories and equipment with ensuring quality and low production costs; novelty - the problem of determining the stress-strain state of blank at forming by forcing with hard cylindrical indenter is firstly solved; the nature of the metal flow during local deformation corner zones of box and curved parts with a conical punch pressure ribs based on simulation of the bending process was first investigated; for the first time on the basis of A. Ilyushin Theorem of Unloading were obtained analytical expressions for the calculation of the bending moment and radius of springing for elastic-plastic bending sheet blanks for different steels; results - developed special tools and equipment, carried out the selection of equipment and the technology of production of "cone" parts; developed a method of adjustment of equipment for the production of passenger cars elements with a variable radius of curvature.
