Object of study: manufacturing technology of butyl and ethyl esters from the secondary products of fats and oils industry for production the biodiesel. The purpose of the study: a scientific and practical assertion of development of the technology to produce the biodiesel on the base of ethyl and butyl esters of fatty acids from the oilseed industry secondary products. Methods: Standard methods, gas-liquid chromatography, thin layer chromatography, titrimetric methods, mathematical methods via using software packages MathCAD and Microsoft Excel. Theoretical and practical results: has defined on the process conditions produce butyl and ethyl esters of fatty acids from the soapstock, the technology of waste oil and fat into biodiesel industry, have developed via statistical model that forecasting the yield of butyl esters of fatty acids, and process control. Scientific novelty: to formulate a scientific opinion and the development in biodiesel technology, which provides skilled use of secondary products of oils and fats industry aims to reduce the harmful emissions from diesel engines work. The degree of implementation: The results of the thesis are used in teaching department of technology of fats and fermentation products of NTU "KPI" during training in the direction 6.051701 "Engineering of Food Technology" specialty 7.05170102 "Technology of fats and fat substitutes." The technology of the process has been tested and passed all these research tests in the conditions of Ukrainian Scientific Research Institute of Fats and Oils, National Agrarian Academy for Sciences of Ukraine (Kharkiv). Scope of use: branches oil and adjacent to it.
