Zharikova O. Expert money assessment of real estate units in agrarian sector economics crediting

The dissertation deals with improving the expert money assessment of real estate and property rights on it, used as the insurances, for obtaining significant credit funds for the agrarian sector of Ukraine economy. There has been highlighted the essence of the notion of "expert money assessment of real estate and property rights on it" with applying modern methods of scientific research which provides better understanding the essence of expert money estimation. Having generalized theoretical research and practical investigations of domestic and foreign specialists we have defined the basic approaches to real estate assessment depending on the assessment aim and the assessed objects. We have found out the peculiarities of pawned agrarian enterprises estimating.The author has improved the methodical approaches to expert assessment of agricultural lands in the part of rent forming determination under the following points: soil fertility, agroecological condition of the land, location, ease of tilling. There has been developed the methodical approach to assessment the value of the right of agriculture land renting. The methodical approach enables to assess the land resource potential of an enterprise in the part of rented agriculture lands.
