Machuskyy V. Legal regulation of the insurance activity in Ukraine (economic and legal aspects)

According to the goal are given the author's definitions of "insurance", "insurance activities" and "regulation of insurance activities", is justified the necessity of introducing to the scientific use of the concept of "insurance interests" as a legal category, are made suggestions for making amendments to the regulations in Ukraine, which regulate relations in the insurance sphere; is improved the mechanism for economic and legal regulations, as well as theoretical positions on the participants in the insurance sphere, is made the further development of research of mutual insurance in Ukraine
