Essay

The object of the research: milking cows and calves for fattening of Ukrainian red-spotted breed, dried brewer's grain, malt sprouts waste grain of barley. Purpose of research: experimental justification of effective use in feeding cows and bulls for fattening of non-traditional types of feed - dry spent grains, malt plants, waste barley second category received when preparing for malting. Research methods: zootechnical methods of production scientific-practical tests on cattle; chemical methods of evaluation feed, potentiometric, statistical, economic. Scientific novelty: for the first time experimentally justified the use of dry spent grains received a new way of drying by rubbing; use of non-traditional food resources in the production of animal feed (optimal use of dry spent grains - 40-42 %, malt sprouts - 10-15 % and waste barley category II, 40-42% in structure of mixed fodder for cows and bulls for fattening); a feed additive on the basis of dry spent grains to increase milk production of cows. The degree of implementation: implementation of the results of research carried out in ALL AF "Nefedivske", OJSC "Obolon", Khmelnitsky region. Sphere of use: agriculture.
