Essay

Urgent issues of functioning of institution of constitutional and legal status of foreigners in Ukraine and its normative regulation are shown and the mechanism of its provision is researched. This dissertation deals with the analyses of historical and theoretical legal foundations, liberties and duties of foreign citizens in the context of acknowledgment of the majority of countries in the field of human rights, the legal nature of foreigners is arisen, and their division into separate categories is done. The concept, structure and principles of constitutional and legal status of foreigners in Ukraine are defined.
