Essay

The author summarizes findings epizootological, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of strongyloidiosis cattle in center-ost region of Ukraine. Found that calves production and individual farms surveyed, infested pathogen Strongyloides papillosus. Extensity and intensity of infestation of animals depend on age, time of year and how their content. In patients with strongyloidosis animals observed changes in the general condition and hematological parameters. The results of the reduction in the number of erythrocytes, hemoglobin, indicating that inhibition of erythropoiesis and the development of anemia, increased eosinophils (3,5 times). Serum established elevation of total protein to the upper limit of physiological parameters dysproteinemia, with a sharp decrease in albumin and increased globulin. Not seen significant violations of indicators transamination enzyme activity, indicating that sufficient functional reserves of animals for inactivation of toxins strongyloides. Histological studies of the intestine, regional lymph nodes and lungs checked pronounced structural changes architectonics their tissues, indicating the development of inflammation caused by migrating larvae and mature parasites. Study of mutagenic activity Strongyloides papillosus in Ames test revealed a probable induction of gene mutations. Indicators micronucleus test confirmed that the micronuclei in the peripheral blood of rats showed a frequency dependent on the number of infective larvae that infected their time and research. The method of counting the number of eggs of worms in 1 g of feces efficient compared with the method of V. N. Trach (1992), due to the convenience and economy of time doing research and efficiency determine the intensity of infestation. The effect of anthelmintic drugs albendasol ultra 10 %, albenvet and helmindasol-effeсt on the body of cattle was studied.
