Essay

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical and legal problems of law security of person. The paper defines the state, trends and distinctive features of law regulation of law security of person in contemporary Ukrainian state, is made proposition due to direction of development of its activity. Historiography and science basis is analyzed. Author gives a model of system describing of law security of person which is represented by ontological, axiological, anthropological and ideological components. The basis of forming the definition of law security of person is defined.
