Vlasenko V. Legal culture of militia (police) officers in modern conditions (axiological aspect)

The thesis offers a theoretical legal study of legal culture of militia (police) officers in modern conditions through the prism of axiological aspect. Axiological content of legal culture of militia officers was concretized, its nature was ascertained, and detailed description of its structure and functions in the conditions of accelerated social and cultural development of the society was provided. Legal values in normative regulation of the police in other countries of the world and Ukrainian militia were highlighted. The role of legal culture of militia officers in the process of formation of the civil society and development of the state governed by the rule of law in Ukraine was determined.
