The thesis is devoted to investigation of peculiarities of the course of painless myocardial ischemia, depending on presence of the risk factors, in 154 patients with postinfarction cardiosclerosis and improvement of effectiveness of their treatment. There was discovered higher efficiency, security and validity of combined differential antianginal treatment using Enalapril and S-amlodipine in the setting of background therapy with a view to ensuring an adequate anti-ischemic effect, improvement of the endothelium functional condition, normalization of the myocardial electrical homeostasis, reduction of the risk of ischemic heart disease complications.
