The investigation peculiarities renoparenhimal hypertension, differential diagnostic markers of kidney's damage in 150 patients with hypertension. In patients with renal hypertension kidney, vessels and heart damages are more significant due to higher levels of C-reactive protein and homocystein. Atorvastatin background antihypertensive therapy in hypertensive patients normalizes circadian blood pressure profile, contributes to the normalization of diastolic and endothelial dysfunctions, reduces the rate of deceleration of glomerular filtration rate, reduces excretion of microalbuminuria and beta 2-microglobulinuria, normalizes activity of tubular enzymes.
