Mochulska M. Legal Doctrine in the Continental Legal System.

The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical study of the place and role of legal doctrine in the continental legal system, particularly in UkraineScientific approaches to understanding of the legal doctrine were researched and the main types of modern understanding of legal doctrine were determined, its characteristics were determined and analyzed, the classification of legal doctrines was provided, the process of legal doctrine’s development as an independent legal phenomenon was characterized, forms of expression of legal doctrine in the continental legal system were singled out, forms of the influence of legal doctrine on the law-making process and application of law in continental legal system were described, trends of development on legal doctrine in continental legal system were defined.
