The thesis is devoted to the complex research of Contract of maintenance of aircraft in the State Border Service. For the first time in Ukrainian civil law science there was developed a doctrinal definition of the contract of maintenance of aircraft in the State Border Service, it’s legal nature, grounds and order of conclusion, implementation and surcease. There were characterized features of the contract of maintenance of aircraft in the State Border Service, by comparison rules of civil and commercial legislation of Ukraine to the practice of law enforcement for such contracts. Also, were determined the basic principles and characteristics of the contract of maintenance of aircraft in the State Border Service, it’s legal nature, grounds and order of conclusion, implementation and surcease. There were formulated the scientific theoretical and practical recommendations concerning legal regulation of relations that arise during conclusion, implementation and surcease of the contract of maintenance of aircraft in the State Border Service. Were developed and proposed for practical application the typical contract of maintenance of aircraft in the State Border Service. "
