Essay

The thesis work covers theoretic and experimental study of manager professionalization aspect. The research provides theoretic grounds of manager professionalism concept, levels of his maturity, adaptation process and professionalism achievement of prospective manager during institutional studies. Academic novelty is considered to be in providing for the first time the theoretic and empirical sense and function of prospective manager professionalism as subjective quality defined through self-organization of functional acting psychological structures with its organization as the interrelated unity. Practical importance of the thesis work is considered to be in the necessity of progressive influence forms implementation intended for psychological providing of educational process during institutional manager courses in higher school. The thesis work presents the research results of prospective manager professional maturity at experimentative educational process within institutional course. It is worked out and tested the program of manager professional maturity, aimed at creating the psychological conditions provided maturity of manager professional self-awareness. Scientific theorizes formulated by the author and the data achieved within empirical research are the individual contribution in concept development of manager professional maturity model and its implementation into educational process in higher school. Research results open possibilities to conduct further research and development of concept determined in this thesis work in the area field of pedagogical and developmental psychology.
