The dissertation explores the problem of formation and use of motivational mecha-nism in the practice of management of agricultural enterprises and develop measures for its improvement. Based on a generalization of the existing theoretical and methodological scientific research the essence of the basic concepts of motivation, motivational mecha-nism and proposed block diagram of the relationship of forms, methods, key activities and elements of motivation mechanism that ensure sustainable and effective development of agricultural enterprises. Systematized the main features of motivation factors and factors of motivation mechanism affecting personal motivational characteristics of workers, productivity of la-bor and its remuneration. Analyzed the motivational processes of agricultural enterprises in the region. The role of financial incentives and motivational intangible incentives to increase the effectiveness of motivational mechanism farms. The basic directions of the growing influence of motivational mechanism to increase the effective development of agricultural enterprises. The role of motivational mechanism to provide investment and innovation de-velopment of agricultural enterprises.
