Dissertation is devoted to the increase of treatment efficiency of patients with the early forms of syphilis due to determination of the state of peripheral blood cells, finding out of its role at the infection process and application of facilities of therapeutic correction of the disorders. It is set that for patients with the early forms of syphilis is observed diminishing of content of phospholipids and disbalance of glycogen levels in peripheral blood neutrofils and monocytes, which testify to violation of structural integrity and exhaustion of power possibilities of these cells. It is well-proven that oppression of peripheral blood cells enzyme activity represents their functional sluggishness and assists to the syphilitic infection progression. Close intercommunication of content of glycogen and phospholipids in leucocytes was determined. It is showed that including the enhystol to the therapy of patients with the early forms of syphilis allows substantially to promote its efficiency due to purposeful influence on the pathogenic links of infection.
