Marusheva O. Combining of the centralized and local legal regulation of the inner order of labor

In this research work has been proved that the inner order of labor is the system of the regulated by the labor law norms of the relations on the work organizational process forming during the collective labor activity of workers in a particular employer , directed to the providing of the working hours rational use, increasing productivity and quality of work. It has been established that to the principles of legal regulation of the inner order of labor are to be included: (a) combining of the centralized and local legal regulation of the legal order of work; (b) balancing of the workers and employers interests; (c) comprehensive protection of the workers labor rights; (d) adaptation of labor processes to the possibilities of the employees; (e) priority of the harmonization of the procedures; (f) publicity; (g) responsibility in the case of the violation of the requirements of the inner order of labor.
