There was given the classification of legal relations which form the subject of labour law according to the certain criteria; defined the types and peculiarities of organizational and administrative relations in the sphere of labour; given the classification of organizational and administrative relations in the sphere of labour; clarified forms and methods of exercising the substance of organizational and administrative relations under conditions of market economy; defined the peculiarities of the substance of organizational and administrative relations in the sphere of labour, which arise while functions of juridical person of different ownership forms.
