The thesis is a complex scientific monographic study of law on criminal liability for failure to pay a unified fee for mandatory state social insurance and premiums on mandatory state pension insurance. The dissertation deals with the theoretical and methodological principles of criminal protection system of obligatory state social insurance. The research carries a comparative legal analysis of Ukrainian and foreign legislative system in terms of criminal liability for failure to pay the unified fee for mandatory state social insurance and premiums on mandatory state pension insurance.
