In age and sexual structure of morbidity as a whole across Crimea and in its three cities of Simferopol, Kerch and Yalta predominate males, especially in the age group from 40 till 49 years. The contamination of female persons descends more often in young age from 14 till 24 years that allows carrying them to group of risk. Influence of АВ0-bilonging in the differentiated implication of syphilis and difference of its clinical implications in patients with blood groups A and АВ, having an antigen A, in comparison with persons with blood groups 0 and B is determined, that it is possible to apply as additional factors of the prognosis of clinical implications of this disease. For the first time is proved that frequency of the early latent and late syphilis is higher in patients with a blood group 0. The seroresistant syphilis is more often registered among persons with a blood group A. Possibility of application of the received results for working out of prophylaxis of syphilis is shown.
