Essay

The basis of the data are of clinical and instrumental examination of 102 patients with coronary artery disease and type 2 diabetes with multiple coronary atherosclerosis, which is intended surgical treatment. We prove the feasibility of preoperative examination to identify all risk factors for decompensated with subsequent correction of medication or medication methods. Also demonstrated the need for prolonged postoperative complex therapy and treatment adherence effect on the progression of coronary atherosclerosis, which was verified the repeat angiography over investigated contingent.
