Object of research - the formation of small concrete product, the purpose is to provide work and investigation of a plant for manufacturing concrete products small exciter, the rotational axis of which is inclined to the vertical and its forcing force directed toward the center of gravity of a vibratory system which consists of a movable part of the apparatus and processed concrete, scientific innovation - first developed a mathematical model of vibration machine for the formation of small-size cassette-reinforced concrete spatial fluctuations, the first time the patterns of movement vibroplatform with spatial variations in cassette form for small-sized products, depending on the amplitude and angular frequency of oscillation, vibroplatform weight, shape and physical products and mechanical properties of concrete, evidence-based rational parameters of the vibration machine for forming concrete and concrete products in cassette form.
