Lenskiy S. Civil-legal regulation of commercial lending in Ukraine.

This dissertation explores the most important theoretical and practical problems concerning to concept, legal nature, structure, maintenance and features of the legal adjusting of the commercial crediting relations. The types of trade credit granting and methods of registration for such relations are investigated. The features that differ civilistic construction of trade credit from the connatural contracts loan agreements and credit are explored and determined. It is justified, that a trade credit can be executed as an independent agreement or be an element of other obligation. Possible methods and mechanisms of trade credit granting are examined, terms and maintenance of corresponding agreements are analyzed.
