Essay

The thesis is devoted to complex research of confederation as legal-international union of the states. The author grounded the conception of confederative association of the states, the process of forming and development of confederations, legal frameworks of confederative unions of the integration models of modern period. Given the differentiation between confederation, federation and international organization. It is set that confederation is created on the basis of the allied agreement which needs to be selected in the separate group of agreements. It is well-proven that confederation is provided with international capacity.
