Essay

The object of study-technology, equipment and software systems of automatic control of hot rolling mills. Purpose-expansion the product mix, improvement the quality of hot-rolled strips based, and also the development of practical recommendations for improving the technological modes of operation of the software systems of automatic control, structure and design parameters of the finishing equipment workers stands broadband mills. Research methods and apparatus-simulation, computer-aided design, experimental research in laboratory and industrial conditions. Theoretical and practical results-theoretical models, methods, computer-aided analysis and design, and also recommendations for the improvement of technology and equipment of hot rolling of relatively thin hot rolled strips. Novelty-regression models power parameters and performance characteristics of the geometrical precision, estimate the stress-strain state of the metal in the hot rolling with the influence of the tangential components of the stress deviator, and the real nature of the distributions of geometric parameters of the mechanical properties and conditions of the external contact friction along the length of the deformation zone, the calculation of the stress-strain state assembly work and backup rolls finishing work stands. Implementation degree - practical recommendations for improving the production of hot-rolled strips, tools for automated design and management. Scope of use-shops and design departments of metallurgical and machine-building enterprises, and also industrial research.
