Essay

The object of study - the syphilitic infection, HIV infection, co-infection of HIV and syphilis. The purpose of the study - the improvement of principles and guidelines for prevention and rehabilitation of children's health born from HIV-infected mothers, syphilis patients. Methods: epidemiological, clinical, serological and medical statistics. Was first held clinical - laboratory examination of 21 mothers and 22 children with prenatal contact for HIV and syphilis The study examined features of premorbid background mothers co-infected with HIV and syphilis, as well as clinical and serological features of the formation of children's health with perinatal exposure to HIV and syphilis. First determined the effectiveness of specific preventive treatment in infants born to HIV-infected mothers with syphilis. Justified differentiated approach to the rehabilitation of children with the infection status and the health and social characteristics of mothers during and after pregnancy. Results have been implemented in the practice of the Kiev City Clinical Dermatovenerological Hospital, dermatovenerological dispensary of Solomianskyi district of Kiev, dermatovenerological dispensary of Podolskyi district of Kiev, as well as in the educational process of the National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education named after P.L. Shupyk. Use area - dermatovenerology.
