Essay

The object of study - early, late and pink acne. The purpose of the study - improving the efficiency of complex treatment of patients with early, late and pink acne through the use in the treatment of dermatoses aerocryotherapy on the basis of establishment of the features and role of the neuro-vegetative disorders in the pathogenesis of the disease. Methods: clinical, biochemical, immunological, electrophysiological, statistics. The specifics of clinical features and clinical courses of various acne types in the setting of inveterate gastritis by H. pylori and lambliasis were compared. Employing the method of multivariate analysis and logistic regression modeling, it was proved that aerocryotherapy considerably improves effectiveness of acne medical treatment and reduces the risk of recurrence. Results have been implemented in the practice of the Donetsk regional dermatovenerological dispensary, Gorlivka, Makiivka and Mariupol dermatovenerological dispensaries, Kherson city dermatovenerological polyclinic.
