The thesis is devoted to the development of a mechanism of public-private partnership as one of the most effective tools of socio-economic development. The analysis of the genesis of management thought and the basic tools of software on the formation and development of public-private partnerships. Developed theoretical approaches to prioritization of public-private partnerships, using the accumulated positive experience of foreign countries in Ukraine. Contemporary investigated the state of implementation of public-private partnerships and improve relevant legal mechanisms in Ukraine.
