Essay

The object of study - the process of lubrication regime and the wear of the working surfaces of the diesel-locomotive motor-axial bearings. In the calculations - the methods of classical physics, mechanics, Tribotechnika, probability theory and mathematical statistics. We solve the problem of increasing the share of motor-axle bearings of locomotives by upgrading the oil system. Thesis results are used in determining the resource of motor-axial bearings of diesel-locomotive in part to address the three factors that affect the wear rate.
