Essay

Work is dedicated to the studying of pathophysiological particularities of the burn disease in case of crushed dried xenograft substrate usage on the wounds. In experiments in vitro is fixed that . Сrushed dried substrate of the liophilized xenograft helps to increase it's sorbtive, antitoxic, anti microbial properties. In case of substrate usage on III -IV stage burn wounds in experiment decreasing of blood endotoxemia level, improving of nonspecific resistance activity indexes, cellular and humoral immune action factors, stimulation of regeneration processes is proved. Substrate usage in complex treatment of patients with infected deep burn wounds decreases endogenic intoxication level, improves burn disease course, speeds up preparing of wounds for auto grafting and allows to decrease terms of hospital treatment.
