Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the actual problem of clinical patterns of acute peritonitis and solving important scientific problems – improving the treatment of patients with acute surgical pathology of the abdominal cavity, through the development of diagnostic and prognostic approach for acute peritonitis and its prevention from using the proposed optimized multimodal treatment. The proposed device for fractional irrigation and drainage of peritoneal cavity, intestinal electrical stimulation technique in treatment of diffuse peritonitis III-B severity and characteristics of conservative treatment of patients contributed, usage that allowed to decline in intra-abdominal pressure in the main group of patients, the content of middle mass molecules, reducing frequency of septic complications from 28.2 % to 23.3 %, performance of relaparotomies – by 4.4 %.74527452
