Essay

Object is enteroparesis in patients after the reconstructive and recovery surgeries; goal is to improve therapy results in patients after the secondary reconstructive and recovery surgeries on the large intestine basing on the studying of morpho-functional state of defunctioned large intestine by implementation of new therapeutic and diagnostic tactics including prognosis of disease severity and preventive measures for postoperative enteroparesis; the methods are: clinical and laboratory, instrumental, electrophysiological, morphologic and statistic; the novelty is worked out and is grounding on the program of diagnostics, prognosis, preventive measures and treatment of postoperative paresis depending on the functional state of defunctioned large intestine with implementation of electro stimulation method; the results are: the implementation of developed investigational methods and preoperative preparation of defunctioned large intestine part permitted to decrease the quantity of severe paresis of alimentary tract on 24,45%, to recover the motoric function of intestine on 14,58 hours earlier than in the control group and to reduce the stay of patients in the hospital on 2,05 bed days; It is inculcated - in medical practice, in an educational process; Sphere - medical practice.
