Essay

Object of study - the administrative-territorial structure process of Ukraine and its regions. The study - scientific substantiation model of administrative-territorial reform in the area. Methods - epistemological, analytical system, the induction and deduction method. The practical significance of the results is that the main thrust of the thesis were used in the Donetsk Regional State Administration and Amvrosievsky District Administration. Scientific novelty of the results is to develop theoretical propositions and developing practical recommendations for forming a model of the future administrative and territorial division of the district. First proposed conceptual approach to model the formation of district administrative and territorial division future. Improved identification and review priorities administrative-territorial reform, the optimal parameters of the administrative-territorial structure, methods of the area socio-economic condition analysis, the mechanism of project administrative and territorial reform in Amvrosievsky area. Received further scientific and practical achievements of administrative-territorial structure, principles on the basis of which is held administrative and territorial reform.
