Essay

Object - Skeletal trauma of a various degree of weight; the purpose - to establish the mechanism of reactance of kidneys under sublimate nephropathy at in sexually immature animals depending on an exchange of ions of sodium with a pathogenetic substantiation of new ways of treatment sharp of the kidney insufficiency; methods - physiopathologycal, biochemical, mathematicaland the results -found that the paper contains the theoretical justification and new solution of the scientific task as to the comparative analysis of the kidneys function between groups of sexually mature and sexually immature (1-month) rats in norm, under the nephrotoxic damage of proximal end of nephron by mercuric chloride in the condition of water induced diuresis and load by 3% solution of sodium chloride, with the verification of the role of prostaglandins in the peculiarities of the course of the named pathologic processes;found that the absence of the essential changes in the pattern of multifactor regressive analysis of the reliable interrelations between the indices of glomerular-tubular balance of kidneys of sexually immature rats with sublimate nephropathy under the 3% solution of sodium chloride load to the extent of 5% of body mass in the conditions of blockade of renal prostaglandins production by indomethacin between the processes of glomerular filtration, relative water reabsorption and absolute sodium ions reabsorption points on the less significant role of prostaglandins in the regulation of the above processes; found that in sexually mature and sexually immature (1 month) rats the comparative evaluation of the kidneys function indices with sublimate nephropathy under the 3% solution of sodium chloride load to the extent of 5% of body mass in the conditions of blockade of renal prostaglandins production by indomethacin showed the higher rates of glomerular filtration in sexually immature animals, at the same time the syndrome of sodium ions loss was more essential in sexually mature rats.
