Essay

The thesis is devoted to the research of modern position and main ways of Arabian East monarchies' state order development in modernization conditions. The essence and maintenance of Arabian East monarchies' state order are revealed. The basic stages of political and legal development of monarchies are chosen; the historical limits of modernization in these countries are formulated. The significance of Islam in the modernization process of Arabian East monarchies' state order is determined. The modern position of constitutional and legal base of Arabian East monarchies' state order is considered in the thesis.
