Buga V. Procedural Terms in the Civil Procedure of Ukraine

The dissertation is the complex scientific study on the monographic level of the problems of the procedural terms in the civil procedure of Ukraine. The concept, the aspects and the significance of the procedural terms is determined. The normative and legal regulations of their use in civil procedure of Ukraine are considered. The concept of "smart" terms of consideration of cases in the civil procedure of Ukraine is disclosed. The attention is paid to the procedure of calculation of the procedural terms, the consequences of their non-compliance, the procedure of the renewal and extension of procedural terms at the various stages of the civil procedure of Ukraine.
