Zhydovtseva O. Peculiarities of Professional Legal Conscience of the Officers of Criminal Police for Children Affairs

This thesis is a complex theoretical analysis of legal conscience of the officers of criminal police for children affairs as a single type of legal conscience. The professional legal conscience has been analyzed in its contextual, structural and functional aspects. There has also been defined the essence of such notion as professional legal conscience of the officers of criminal police for children affairs, ascertained the content, structural and functional peculiarities of its formation and functioning. The essence, forms and flagship directions of law educational work with officers of criminal police for children affairs concerning formation and improving their professional legal conscience have been determined and substantiated.
